Sumertime brings with it yummy fruits: peaches, plums, apricots and all kinds of berries so make some fruit salad to share with friends! 

You can also freeze pieces of fruit and eat them like popsicles - great for when you have those intense cravings!.  Great for your baby too!

Your body absorbs minerals and vitamins from your food - so keep on choosing nutrititious and healthy food choices in addition to your daily pre-natal vitamin.
