Stroller Power
Stroller Power is an outdoor “bring your baby along” training program that has been
developed specifically for pre and postnatal women.
Join Laura Page and Erin O'Bright
(two West Valley moms) in their unique workout which incorporates cardiovascular, resistance, and
flexibility training. It's designed to target specific
areas of the body that are weakened by pregnancy weight gain (gotta
love that!).
The group setting provides women with a comfortable, non-intimidating
atmosphere where they can share experiences and advice. The
children benefit by having interaction with each other and of
course...fresh air and sunshine.
Many parents
either do not have the opportunity to have child care or feel guilty
leaving their children at home when they want to go out and
exercise and this program solves that issue.
This fitness program is carefully
designed and can be tailored for every individual fitness need.
It's a total body circuit training workout and much more fun to workout outdoors
with a bunch of people than be indoors.
