MAMAMIA!
Transitioning Into Motherhood: A Group For New Moms
Amy Levine Clayton, LCSW, runs intimate support groups for new
mothers at the Pump Connection in Woodland Hills. It is a unique and
supportive atmosphere where they offer lactation services, pump
rentals and all the necessities of new “mommyhood”. The mom's are
able to connect with each other in a relaxed setting, where they
exchange information, tips, frustrations, relationship issues,
concerns about postpartum depression, and returning back to work vs.
staying at home. They are given a phone list, resources, articles,
educational information, and of course support.
There is a 10-week group for babies 0 to 5 months and meets at The
Pump Connection. To sign up, please call 818-225-8822
